9 | Specific info for overseas citizens in Sweden or Swedish Citizens overseas |
10 | Skatteverket will honour a gender marker change that has been performed overseas, as long as you are a citizen of that respective nation or resident at the time of the change (The latter can apply to Swedish citizens abroad) |
11 | The primary sources that they refer to is a Passport or Population Register extract for a change. Note that some countries such as the UK do not have a Population Register. Therefore, for countries such as the UK, it is only possible to use this overseas route if you are a British citizen. |
